Ardee Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is the developer behind Ardee City and Palm Grove Heights, established in the early 2000s as a major real estate developer in Gurugram. Developing over 200 acres in sectors 51–52, and 57, the company built group housing and plotted township estates with over 2,800 units housing nearly 20,000 residents.Despite criticism for infrastructural delays power substations, community centers, and road maintenance Ardee remains a recognized name in large-scale mixed-use development in Delhi NCR. The group continues to evolve while addressing legacy challenges around infrastructure delivery, legal compliance, and RWA takeover issues
